ALMATY : An AIDS activist in Uzbekistan has been sentenced to seven years in prison for writing a brochure that authorities said would promote antisocial behaviour, activists said Thursday.

Module for training workshop on Caretaking of HIV infected and affected children , AIDS ACCESS Foundation (ACCESS), Medecins Sans Frontieres Belgium (Thailand) (MSFB) and Thai Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (TNP+).
Objectives of the module: 1. To provide knowledge and understanding for participants on caretaking of HIV infected and affected children as the holistic health approach in terms of physical, mental and social health, including providing fundamental skills to provide counseling and communication for child and guardians in the related issues to the effect of HIV/AIDS. 2. To promote participants to develop action plans for working on HIV infected and affected children and find cooperated strategies to support its implementation as well.
